2023 Rondy Fantasy Football Draft Review

The 2023 Rondy Fantasy Football Draft is complete

• Round 1 saw a few surprises. Matt used his 1st place pick to skip over Justin Jefferson and go straight to McCaffrey, while Rob surprised everyone taking Mahomes with the 8th pick, forcing an unprecedented run on QBs. The top 5 QBs were off the board by the 3.01 pick!

• Jason is currently leading the “who’s RBs will spend the most time on the Injured list”, drafting Mixon, Hall and Taylor

• DJ surprisingly took zero Dolphins players, but ended up with two Bills players, Diggs and Kincaid

• Andy was the beneficiary of Matt’s bold move to skip over Justin Jefferson. He also reunites with Lamar Jackson, who he rostered the year he went 14-0.

• Chris went TE and QB with his first two picks, a bold strategy, which may pay off as he was able to grab Chubb, Higgins and Olave

• Josh took his time selecting a QB, filling out the rest of his starting lineup before taking child-molester-look-alike Trevor Lawrence in the 7th round. Josh took it a step further, drafting actual molester Deshaun Watson in the 12th

• Matt’s choice to use his 1.01 pick to skip over the top two WRs and draft RB McCaffrey will be debated until the end of time, or at least the end of the season. But at least he got his boy Tua.

• Rob is opening an NFL retirement home, drafting 30 year olds Davante Adams, Amari Cooper, George Kittle, Tyler Lockett, and Tyler Higbee. Thank God he drafted Mahomes in the first round.

• Adam was the clear winner of the draft, taking advantage of everyone’s poor judgement.
