Football season is finally back—and so is the Rondy Royal Rumble! As we gear up for another intense and hilarious year of fantasy action, here are your official updates for the 2025 season.

👶 Farewell to Josh, Hello to Chad!

One of our founding brothers, Josh, is stepping away from the league this year. With a new baby on his hands, Josh understandably needs to focus his energy on diapers and midnight feedings instead of waiver claims and blowout wins. We’ll miss him and his competitive spirit.

But with every departure comes a fresh entrance. Please welcome your newest Rumbler: Chad Mansfield!

You know him. You love him. And now he’s in the league, ready to shake things up.

📝 Rules & Roster Remain the Same

We’re keeping things stable this year—no changes to rosters, scoring, or payouts. Here's your quick refresher:

7 Bench spots

1 IR spot

Buy-In: $125 per team

Payouts:

🥇 1st Place: $675

🥈 2nd Place: Your buy-in back ($125)

Each team gets 14 free waiver moves. After that, it's $2 per pickup, with those fees going straight to the main prize pool. Use ‘em wisely… or generously.

👑 Draft Order: Royal Rumble Style

In true Rondy Royal Rumble fashion, our draft order will be determined by an actual WWF-style Royal Rumble simulation! Each manager will be randomly assigned a classic WWF wrestler. Then, an impartial third party will run a CPU-only Royal Rumble on a console.

Last man standing → 1st overall pick
