Honestly? Who cares. Neither of you were playoff material anyway.

Puttin’ on the Ritz (ADAM) vs The BIG Show (CHRIS)

The heavyweight title fight. The two top-scoring teams of the season squared off to decide who gets to thump their chest all offseason as the Regular Season Champ.

Chris stormed into Monday night with a solid 20-point lead, leaving Adam hoping Justin Jefferson could work miracles. Unfortunately for Adam, Drake London wasn’t having it. Jefferson put up a decent effort, but it wasn’t enough to overcome London’s clutch performance.

Winner: Chris takes the regular season crown and all the smug satisfaction that comes with it.

nWo4LIFE (DJ) vs Tua 3, 4 Concussions

Now this was the game everyone was watching. Andy entered the week on a miserable four-game losing streak, holding onto the last playoff spot by a thread. DJ, on the other hand, had clawed his way back from the brink with a four-game win streak, going from league punchline to legitimate contender.

The stakes were simple: win and you’re in. To the Loser, after this matchup you're going to be confronted by the instinct to drink alone. Trust that instinct.

DJ put up a monstrous 168 points—his second-highest score of the season—and looked poised to complete his comeback. But Andy had Lamar Jackson and Mike Evans ready to fight back, clawing his way within 4 points of DJ by Sunday night. With one receiver and the Minnesota Defense still to play on Monday, Andy seemed to have this one locked.

But, it was not so simple. Andy’s receiver put up a big, fat zero. Suddenly, DJ had a chance—he just needed the Chicago Bears offense to show any competence against the Vikings, and bring Andy’s Defense score down a few points.

Spoiler alert: trusting the Bears offense is a fool’s errand. They flopped, and Andy squeaked by, finally snapping his losing streak and clinching the final playoff spot.

Winner: Andy. DJ’s dream run ends in heartbreak.

Final Thoughts

Congrats to Chris, Adam, Rob, and Andy for making the playoffs. The regular season heroes, Chris and Adam, avoid each other in Round 1:
